Mindful Minis teach us how to focus on our breathing and yoga poses
Key Stage 2 took part in a mindful breathing and yoga activity to celebrate the end of term.
A huge thank you to Chris who came in and was so pleased with the attitudes of the Lower Key Stage 2 classes, in particular. The children responded with a really positive attitude and tried everything that they were asked. It was a real pleasure seeing the children trying something new and learning such a positive new skill.
We will be inviting him in again to help teach us more about how focused breathing and yoga can help us in our learning and keeping us healthy. This time, making sure that we give Key Stage 1 and Reception a chance to take part.
