Year 1 and 2 get sandy!

Year 1 and 2 children from Apple, Ash and Pear classes had a wonderful day out on the beach on Wednesday last week.

The weather was perfect and we enjoyed a whole day on the sand at West Wittering. We enjoyed scavenging for shells and interesting objects, creating art in the style of Andy Goldsworthy, eating our picnic lunch and then finally rounding off the day with an epic sandcastle competition! We had a brilliant day and hope your children have told you all about it.
