British Science Week 2024

This week, Kingsham Primary School are participating in British Science Week. All of the children will be taking part in different activities which link to the overarching theme of 'Time'. To continue their learning at home there are two things which you could do with you child. 

Big Plastic Count

On Friday, your child was sent home with a Big Plastic Count Tracking Sheet. This activity can be completed every day this week (Mon-Sun). The aim is count all of the different types of plastic you use throughout the week, this will be then entered onto a website which is counting all of the different types of plastic we use up and down the country.

British Science Week Poster Competition 

This activity is run by the creators of British Science Week. The activity is simple... create a poster linked to the theme this year, 'Time'. The children can be as creative as they like.

Both the Big Plastic Count Sheet and The Poster Competition will be due W.B. 18.03.24.
