Making swaps to help the environment.

Kingsham pupils celebrated this year's Big Green Week by taking part in various activities which involved positive changes to help the environment. At school, children took part in nature scavenger hunts, creating bookmarks with positive messages, making posters about positive swaps we can make and lots more.

Apple Class

Reception children looked at the book 'Somebody Swallowed Stanley', which promoted discussions and some lovely writing about how to help our environment.

Cherry and Apple Classes

Pupils in Cherry and Apple Class went outside and explored the forest area so that they could create artwork using the natural materials around them.

Ash Class

Ash Class has been busy getting creative by changing their recycling into something different by using their imaginations.

Maple Class

Maple class have created a beautiful window display which showcases the positive swaps and changes we can make at school and at home.
